More specifically, children are not to be disruptive and must use the bathrooms and the equipment the Villa places at the disposal of its guests in a proper manner.

Rooms
Smoking is strictly forbidden in every room of the facility.
Rooms are cleaned daily if the guest vacates the room. If the room is occupied, it will be cleaned the following day.
The linen in the rooms is changed every 4 days unless an exception is made.
To limit the environmental impact of frequent washing of bath towels, they will only be replaced if left on the floor or in the sink.
An extra fee is applied for a more frequent change in bed linens and bath towels without a specific reason.
Breakfast
The breakfast choice and time slot is done by filling out the Menu you will find in each room.
By 7 p.m. the day before, guests are requested to hang the Menu outside their room or leave it at reception (only if someone of the STAFF is present), so breakfast can be prepared in time the following morning.
Breakfast is always served in the room, or, if possible and subject to availability, on demand in the Solarium area.

Anyone who damages the building, property, equipment etc. will be held legally responsible, pursuant to applicable regulations.
Intentional theft and damage will be reported immediately to the Authorities.
The Staff of Una Villa Amalfi inspects rooms upon departure. The cost of replacements or damage repair or misplacement of keys will be charged to the guest’s final bill.
It is strictly forbidden to take anything found in rooms, bathrooms or other rooms in the facility outdoors. The value of the stolen objects will be charged to our guests.
In case the guest has access to the car park, a fee of € 140,00 per gate radio-control unit will be charged in the event of loss (€ 65,00 in case of damage).
Noise & Rest
Behaviour, activity, games as well as the use of devices inside the Villa that might disturb other guests are to be avoided at all times.
Please do not slam doors shut and keep the volume of the television low.
These are some simple rules to ensure that resting guests are not disturbed.
Amendments to Regulations
The Staff of Una Villa Amalfi reserves the right to change these rules for reasons of expediency and the function of services. Any changes will be posted in the reception hall as well as on the Una Villa website.
If guests fail or refuse to comply with one or more points on this list of facility regulations, Una Villa will be obliged to cancel their accommodations and the related contract as well as the related financial and legal consequences unless the failure or refusal to comply with these regulations results in notifying the Authorities.
In that case, there is reason to suppose a crime has been committed.
